Customer Service Consultant

To provide exceptional levels of customer service and achieve performance targets by taking inbound telephone calls on behalf of the organisation’s clients from their customers for the purpose of resolving their enquiries and issues.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you must be highly motivated, and customer focussed as well as service driven. You must also be energetic, assertive, positive, and able at times to handle difficult conversations.


Customer Service Administrator

You may come from a Customer Service or Administration background having experience of dealing directly with customer and/or third party correspondence/complaints or disputes. The main focus is to action and respond to all correspondence received from Customers.

All applicants should be computer literate with experience in working to deadlines.
